When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Unvail Beauty ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned. Please visit our Refund Policy for complete details.

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jessica@unvailbeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we can't guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we'll do our best to assist you.
