Return & Refund Policy
At Unvail Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we maintain the following return policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.
Returns
We accept returns only for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Beauty tools that have been used
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Jessica@unvailbeauty.com (replace with your email if different).
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
